As we all know every team has their own type of playing. We play in a 4-1-2-1-2 formation.
The most important thing of our style is the fast passing movement we want to see. When we let the ball do the work we can easily break through well organised defensive lines and create the oppurtunities we are looking for. One of the things we don't want to see are runs when there is no space at all. To often we see players just running with the ball because they want to create something on their own. That is not how we supposed to be playing. In stead of running you could find the combination and get through the defence in stead of running up against the defender and losing posession.
Defence
Our CB's should both have a side where they are responsible for, together with the backs. It is important that they cover their backs when they are outrunned. Most of the time when we have possesion they stay behind. Only when they really think they could create something they can come up. When they have the ball they should be looking for the CDM to pass it to. The backs are both responsible for their side. Sometimes they can come up when they feel like there's a chance for them
Midfield
When we have possesion the CDM is a link between the defence and the CAM/RM/LM. He should get the ball from the defender and then pick one of the other midfielders to pass it. When there's space he should come up, not all the way tho. It is important that the CDM also defends along when the team is not having posession. The RM and LM are more attacking minded players. When they have posession they look for one of the ST's or in most cases the CAM. It is important that they don't always run down the sideline to come up with a cross. This form is not a winger formation so please keep that in mind. Don't go for the runs and stuff. The RM/LM should always see if they have to defend along. Against strong opponents they have to do a few steps more. The CAM should look for combinations with either the ST's or the LM/RM. It is important that he can give passes to the ST's which they only have to finish, but he can also give simple passes to make combinations and beat their defence himself.
Strikers
Easy.. just score Wink No.. They should make combinations with the other ST and the CAM. That's the way to beat a defence. Always look for the best option and if you know you're a good finisher, just finish it!
Free kicks
When there's a FK you should always pick the one with the best stats. If the guy doesn't want to take it he gives it to the next best
Corners
The same as FK. We don't have a special corner yet but it will come
